This flex-shaft stand is hand forged by Ian Peterson here at PotterUSA! Each one is a custom made original with no two being the same. The stand itself is made from one solid piece of steel with each custom base welded on. The stand will support two flex shafts and is meant to be bolted into your bench. Mounting screws are NOT included. Custom made with USA steel. Dimensions: 34" tall, 4" base. Each hook protrudes 3-4". Hooks set 90 degrees apart (for lefties or righties).

This easy-to-use ear wire jig makes it easy to make repeatable, consistently sized kidney-style ear wires. This tool is NOT used in a hydraulic press. Finished ear wire is approx. 7/8" long, 3/8" wide, and features an outward bend in the end of the wire and catch for a secure hold. The loop is approx. 3mm diameter. Recommended for use with half-hard 20g wire.

This mount is meant to be used with our wire-forming tools. Each wire-forming tool includes two mounting holes that fit securely onto the pegs in this mount. The mount has two holes where it can be secured to a work surface with screws. Once attached to a work surface, each wire-forming tool can be dropped down onto the mount and held securely in place with the pegs. Changing out tools is as easy as lifting the wire former off the pegs and replacing it with a different wire former. The mount measures 5" x 2". Wire forming tools SOLD SEPARATELY.

The saws are finally here! This saw frame, 100% made in the USA by Potter USA, is one of the finest quality saws on the market today. Its rigid, stainless steel frame is well-balanced and is great for detailed sawing and piercing. The frame is a little heavier than a standard, adjustable German-style saw frame, which helps with momentum when sawing.

Use this for winding the wire to make the jumprings. Ships in a medium US Flat rate box.

U.S. made blades, not import. 3/8" hole, 1 1/4" diameter, 120 teeth .012" is the thickness/width of the blade.

Set 28 of mandrels. Sizes range from 3/32" to 1/2" by 64ths of an inch. NOTE: Current mandrels don't include notches at base. Simply insert your wire into the chuck with the mandrel, and make sure the wire is secured in the jaws before winding. The notch isn't necessary.

Metric mandrels from 1mm to 13 mm Mandrels are transfer punch sets. You can purchase transfer punch sets elsewhere if necessary, we offer it as a service so you can get everything at one place.
