    Shipping F.A.Q.

    When will my purchase ship?

    Nearly everything we sell is made to order, and we always try to ship in an efficient and timely manner. The processing time varies based on what you purchase.

    Hydraulic presses: 5 to 7 business days (manual press) and 7 to 10 business days (electric press)

    All other smaller tools/products: 3 to 5 business days

    Keep in mind that during sales or the holidays we often have a backup of orders that will take a few extra days to be processed.

    NOTE: Impression dies and stampings are made one-at-a-time, to order; orders that include these items may take a few extra days to process.

    Special Orders (limited stock, artist-made items, etc.): 10 to 14 business days.

    PLEASE NOTE: In order to cut down on heavy boxes splitting open during transit, domestic and international orders weighing more than 20lbs will be split into two shipments. You will receive two shipping notifications and tracking numbers for these orders.

    Who do you use for shipping?

    All products (except for hydraulic presses) ship via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping generally takes 2 to 3 business days; international shipments may take 7 to 14 business days. International customers have the option of FedEx.

    Hydraulic presses ship freight via Old Dominion. We ship freight orders once a week in batches, usually on Thursday or Friday, so please plan accordingly. It takes 5 to 10 business days to process your order for these larger items depending on what you order (check product descriptions for more information) before shipping.

    Can I combine my orders?

    Continental US: Unfortunately, no. Due to our order processing system, it is not always possible to combine orders. We will combine them whenever possible, but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate most requests to combine orders. Orders paid via PayPal invoice cannot be combined with orders placed through our website.

    International: We, apologize, we are no longer able to hold international orders. All international orders will be processed along with domestic orders and will ship when ready. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. If you choose to ship to a U.S. address for someone else to hold onto your orders, Potter USA is not liable for any missing or damaged items once the package leaves our shop. Small flat-rate boxes hold up to 4lbs; medium flat-rate boxes hold up to 20lbs.

    What is your Return/Refund policy?

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you have problems, questions, or concerns, please let us know. We will do our best to be sure you are satisfied or will refund you upon return of the product within 30 days of purchase. We will only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear; items used outside of their intended use and our recommended guidelines are not refundable (see product descriptions for more information). NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES ON MONTHLY OR HOLIDAY MYSTERY BOX. If a product arrives and you decide you do not want it, but want a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. If a product is defective, we will pay for the return shipping OR send a replacement part whenever possible. Koil Kutter Kits returned with used saw blade or used cut lube will receive a refund, minus the cost of those two items. No refunds on individually purchased, used saw blades.

    Restocking Fee

    All products returned are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

    A refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping and 25% re-stocking fee) will be provided only if the item has no signs of wear and tear. *Please include a note with your order and include your name, address and why you are returning the item.
