The High-production Die Shoe features a large well in the base to allow for cut blanks to fall out of the bottom of the assembly. NOTE: This High-production Die Shoe base is more delicate than the Standard Die Shoe base and is more prone to damage when over-pressed. Please read ALL instructions before use to learn how to avoid over-pressing. The max gauge for use with the High-production Die Shoe that we recommend is 16 gauge. Opening in base is 1 7/8" x 1 7/8" Standard Die Shoe OR High-production Die Shoe REQUIRED FOR ALL FSS DIE SETS (available separately)! Base is interchangeable with different FSS Die Sets. Interchangeable FSS High-production Die Shoe Includes: Base with two sizes of pins to maintain correct indexing and assembly and large center hole to assist with metal alignment and for collecting and removing cut blanks. Tool Steel Magnetic Pusher to be used on impression dies in a hydraulic press. 2" diameter. Approx. 3/4" tall, including 1/4" tool steel face. Attaches to upper platen with a magnet.

This spacer is 4.5'' x 7.75'' and 1'' thick. Non magnetic Spacers are used in the press to lessen the amount of effort needed to extend the jack and activate the items being used in the press. Top and bottom platens are not meant to touch - it will cause the jack to overextend and cause leaking, or for jack to fail. Always use spacers on lower platen to take up space between platens.
