Shipped FREIGHT. FREIGHT DELIVERY: Truck will deliver to your home - to your door. If there is a request to bring the press inside, there is an additional fee of at least $85 that you will be assessed. Any additional requests have fees attached by the shipping company. We will then bill you for the additional fees. In some instances, if you live in a very rural area, or a busy city, it can be up to $600 extra. In that case, we will suggest you pick up the delivery from the depot to avoid that fee.

When product arrives, you will need to fill it with about 2 gallons of hydraulic OIL (viscocity of ISO 32 (SAE 10WT), which is available at automotive stores. It is illegal to ship oil in the US Postal Service, so it must be shipped empty. We test it at our shop first and then empty the oil out of the pump before shipping.

This is 110 volt system and runs at 3,000 psi maximum.

This spacer is 4.5'' x 7.75'' and 1'' thick. Non magnetic Spacers are used in the press to lessen the amount of effort needed to extend the jack and activate the items being used in the press. Top and bottom platens are not meant to touch - it will cause the jack to overextend and cause leaking, or for jack to fail. Always use spacers on lower platen to take up space between platens.
