Tips for use:
Rolling Mill:
Do mulipple tests to determine the correct amount of pressure needed to transfer pattern but not distort the image. Best if patterned first, then cut out.
Hydraulic Press: Best to pattern metal first, then cut out with pancake die.
Can also cut first: Center blank over pattern, use small piece of urethane to press into design enough to transfer pattern but not distort the blank. Practice!
