Silver French art deco pendant

This is a finished sterling silver die struck pendant struck in 14 gauge with a bezel set blue topaz dangling from the bottom. The die that struck the pendant comes from the French company La forge Bertrand who made fine jewelry in Paris from the early 19th century to the late 20th century.
