    Shipping Questions and Answers

    When will my purchase ship?
Nearly everything we sell is made to order, and we always try to ship in an efficient and timely manner. The processing time varies based on what you purchase.
Hydraulic presses: 5 to 7 business days (manual press) and 7 to 10 business days (electric press)
Shears: 5 to 7 business days
All other smaller tools/products: 3 to 5 business days
Who do you use for shipping?
All products (except for shears, hydraulic presses) ship via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping generally takes 2 to 3 business days; international shipments may take 7 to 14 business days.
Shears and hydraulic presses ship freight via Old Dominion. We ship freight orders once a week in batches, usually on Thursday or Friday, so please plan accordingly. It takes 5 to 10 business days to process your order for these larger items depending on what you order (check product descriptions for more information) before shipping.
    Can I combine my orders?
Continental US: Unfortunately, no. Due to our order processing system, it is not always possible to combine orders. We will combine them whenever possible, but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate most requests to combine orders. Orders paid via PayPal invoice cannot be combined with orders placed through our website.
International: We recognize that the cost of shipping internationally is exorbitant, so we are happy to combine international orders whenever possible. After you place an order, email us at [email protected] asking us to hold your box until you fill it. Small flat-rate boxes hold up to 4lbs; medium flat-rate boxes hold up to 20lbs.
Do you ship to my country? We ship worldwide by using the US Postal Service.
Presses and guillotine shears ship using freight shippers. Many times these items will require you to make connections to get the items to your country. We use Old Dominion Freight and they can help us get items through to your carrier.
Hydraulic jewelry presses are sold in Paris for European distribution, and in Australia. These are manufactured and sold by our associates and use our specific designs and specifications.
