April 2025 Design Challenge Box: Gothic Accents

Potter USA's first-ever mystery Design Challenge Box is a fun way for jewelry-makers like YOU to challenge yourself and get your creative juices flowing. 

 

Customers who purchase the Design Challenge Box can choose to participate in our Design Challenge (we hope you will, however purchasing the box does not commit you to participation in the challenge). The box includes one five-design shot plate and one pattern plate.

 

 

Using at least ONE of the tools included in the box, create three (3) pieces of jewelry that relate to one another in design. You can create a small line of jewelry, or something like 3 pairs of earrings that are all slightly different but follow a common aesthetic. You can use any other tools you like, just make sure that each piece made for the design challenge includes a part made with a tool included in the box. The jewelry pieces must be made from metal (metal clay is ok too). You can include stones or other materials, but the majority of the piece should be made with metal. 

 

Participants must submit photos of their work by April 30th, 2025. Details on how to properly submit work for inclusion in the challenge will be sent to all Design Challenge Mystery Box purchasers once the purchasing window has closed (after March 16th).

 

Our Design Challenge Box is a great deal for jewelers who want to challenge themselves and do something a little different! This challenge box includes two themed tools: one five-design shot plate and one pattern plate. The tools in this box are NOT compatible with the Tortolita Press.
