Pancake Die 1840 Dust Corner

You've asked, we've delivered! A dust corner is a triangular piece of metal that is used to prevent dust from collecting in corners, making it easier to sweep and clean. They're often used on staircases. This die makes it easy for you to create your own! Design: 1-3/4" from point to point. Die: 6" x 3-3/4".

The hole in the center of the die does NOT cut a hole in the blank. After cutting the shape, use the hole in the die to mark the location for drilling a hole in the blank.

Refine the edges, drill a hole at the mark, and slightly dome the blank. The interior of the dome will be the part of the blank that is visible when installed. If you have our Bracelet Former Kit, the Large Synclastic Former is perfect for creating this dome.

Use a nail to attach the dust corner to your stairs or other corners around your home.
