Impression Dies

Six itty bitty miniature flowers chosen at random for the price of one! Mystery Shot Plates are curated batches of 10-14 small impression dies, from which a given number of designs are chosen at random and pressed onto one steel puck. The listing photos show what designs your random dies will be chosen from. This not-so-mysterious mystery grab bag is a cost-effective way to fill your impression die collection with the small components you need! Disclaimer: The dies you receive will vary considerably from one order to the next, and there is no way to guarantee that you get different dies in multiple orders. No refunds.

This die will be made using traditional 19th century methods. It was struck by heat in a drop hammer to create a perfect impression very quickly. This die will not be available in the future - we're only making one run of these in a limited number. The original hub is from Janvier Gruzon of Paris, France.

This medallion depicts a woman in profile wearing an open crown and a veil. This impression die is very old and has sustained pitting in the design, but is still beautiful. You will receive the impression die with the pitting. The black spots on the design or NOT pitting, just discoloration in the metal, and will not affect the design.
