    PLEASE READ: Don't use metal thinner than 22 gauge! Metal must be full hard. Don't anneal your metal after cutting the blank. Drill a hole at the center just slightly larger than your earring post. Make sure your ear wire has a groove in it...the wings of ear nuts are what keep them secured onto the post, not the hole in the center.
