Shipping Information

Nearly everything we sell is made to order, and we always try to ship in an efficient and timely manner. The processing time varies based on what you purchase.

All products (except for shears, hydraulic presses and stands, and rolling mills) ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The US Postal Service has flat rate shipping which we utilize. Domestic shipping generally takes 2 to 3 business days; international shipments may take 7 to 14 business days. This service also allows for tracking information so you can see where your package is on the way to you.

Shears and hydraulic presses ship freight via Old Dominion. We ship freight orders once a week in batches, usually on Thursday or Friday, so please plan accordingly. It takes 5 to 10 business days to process your order for these larger items depending on what you order (check product descriptions for more information) before shipping.

A note about international orders: If your package is shipped outside the US, there is typically a time where no tracking information is updated in the system. Once the package leaves the US, it is not tracked as frequently and it may look as though it is not coming to you. It is, but is being moved in your country and you will receive the package or a notice from your customs agency.
